Duration: Each appointment session is limited to 1 hour. During this time we aim to address all your queries and complete tasks such as taking measurements, suggesting patterns, colours and assisting with other requirements. We’ll make the most of the session to ensure your satisfaction.
Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive five minutes before your scheduled time. This ensures that we can start promptly and make full use of 1 hour to provide you with the best possible service.
Individual Appointments: Appointments are one-on-one (one person per appointment) to ensure you receive our undivided attention. Every small query will be addressed, and we’ll focus entirely on your requirements during your session.
Preparing for the Appointment: To make the most of your session, please be ready with references of your outfit. Note down any specific details you’d like to discuss. For example - reference pictures of your specifications, such as the type of work on the garment, the type of lace/ detailing, or the neckline shape you prefer. These references will help us better understand your vision and make your experience more productive.
Non-Refundable Booking: Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Once your appointment is confirmed, the slot is exclusively reserved for you, and cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting on Instagram/ Whatsapp (Instagram ID: @keenly.sewed & Whatsappp Contact: 9930199183). We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
