We are here to deliver you your chosen products, with love and care. Please read below our delivery and shipping policy, before placing your order.
Things to know about our delivery and shipping:
- We use Blue Dart / Delhivery for our deliveries across India and DHL / FedEx for international shipments.
- We offer free-of-cost delivery within India for Full Prepay order.
- Full COD not available. 30-40% of the total bill amount is to be paid prior & the rest 70-60% can be paid at the time of delivery
- Extra shipping charges applicable on COD (for handling purpose)
- Our delivery timeline is 15 days. However if the order is stitched early then you may receive the product way before the mentioned timeline
TIME LINEÂ
For Domestic Orders (within India):
We take 7 business day to process and stitch the garment. And it takes another 5-6 business days for the order to be delivered across India.
However, if the address/pin-code/phone no. is incorrect, the pin code is unserviceable then it could take some extra days to dispatch your order based on the time taken to communicate.
If it is a custom order then the timeline will be majorly based on the requirements of the product.Â
Please note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may get further delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience during these times.
For International Orders (outside India):
Delivery period for International orders 15 days
We take 7 business day to process and stitch the garment. And it takes another 7-8 business days for the order to be delivered internationally.
However for some countries it may take longer and the total delivery period could extend up to 20 days.
If it is a custom order then the timeline will be majorly based on the requirements of the product.Â
Please note: The shipping charge for international orders varies, depending on your country. And custom duty has to be paid by the customer separately as per the respective country standards.
