Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Keenly Sewed. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully. If your request falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist you.
General Conditions
- We do not accept returns for size-related issues, as we offer customised sizing free of cost. We recommend using our customise size option when placing order to ensure the best fit.
- Detailed size guide has been provided on home page – on how to take measurements for a custom fit. Kindly refer.
- Exchanges are only available for products that are found to have manufacturing defects.
- Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof (Read the guidelines provided on what the clip should contain)
- To cancel your order, please email us on – or DM us on Instagram Id @keenly.sewed within 24hrs of placing the order.Â
- After 5 days of delivery, no exchanges will be processed.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for exchanges.
- All customised or made to order products are non-exchangeable, non-refundable due to the personalised nature of the item.
Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, please email us at – within 48 hours with your order number and valid video proof plus the proper pictures of the defective area.Â
- Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the exchange & arrange for a reverse pickup.
- Quality Check: Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a QC process. If it passes, an exchange of the product will be provided.
- Time frame: Once the item will be received, please allow us some days for processing and sending the replacement product
Video Proof Requirements for Exchange
- Before opening the parcel, take a 360 degree video of the package to show that it is intact & unopened.
- In the same video proceed to open the package in front of the camera to ensure that no tampering or alterations were done prior.Â
- Once the parcel is opened, show the defect/damage in detail.Â
This clip will serve as a proof & will help us to process your exchange.Â

Important Note
- WE DO NOT OFFER BANK REFUNDS. All refunds are provided as store credit.
- Store credit will be issued only after consulting and can be used for future purchases or gifting.
- Store credit will be sent directly to you via email.Â
Please Note: During festivals, Sale, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may take extra days for delivery. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product. However this cannot be considered as a valid reason for a refund.Â
