Exclusive Custom Dress Appointments

Our one-on-one booking appointments are exclusively for creating custom dresses tailored to your unique requirements. For any outfits already available on our website, we kindly request that you purchase them directly through the website.

Duration

Each session is limited to 60 minutes. During this time, we aim to address all your queries and complete tasks such as taking measurements, suggesting colours, and assisting with other requirements. We’ll make the most of the session to ensure your satisfaction.

Punctuality

We kindly request that you arrive five minutes before your scheduled time. This ensures that we can start promptly and make full use of the 60 minutes to provide you with the best possible service.

Individual Appointments

Appointments are one-on-one (one person per appointment) to ensure you receive our undivided attention. Every small query will be addressed, and we’ll focus entirely on your requirements during your session.

Preparing for the Appointment

To make the most of your session, please be ready with references for your dream outfit. Note down any specific details you’d like to discuss. If possible, bring along reference pictures of your specifications, such as:

• The type of work on the garment
• The type of lace or detailing
• The neckline shape you prefer

These references will help us better understand your vision and make your experience more productive.

Non-Refundable Booking

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Once your appointment is confirmed, that time is exclusively reserved for you, and cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
